Billy Metzner is the son of Jake Metzner and Sally Metzner. His sister is Jill Metzner. He lives in Snomonton, Colorado.
During the events of Jack Frost (1997) played by Nathanyael Grey
When Sam is looking at the snowmen in the town snowmen competition he makes small talk with Billy. Sam brings up how his father has won five years in a row, but Billy doesn't seem impressed by his father's accomplishment. Later, Billy and his friends go to Sam's house to go sledding. He tells Ryan Tiler to move his snowman and then cuts off the snowman's, who is Jack Frost, head off. Jack Frost then trips Billy in front of one of Billy's friends who had just started sledding and Billy's head gets cut off and flies off.
