Background
Surgeon General of Beverly Hills is the leader of the Surgical Failures living in L.A. He is a plastic surgeon that takes body parts from kidnapped victims and uses them on his followers.
During the events of Escape from L.A. (1996) played by Bruce Campbell
Snake Plissken and Taslima are captured by the Surgical Failures and tied to gurneys. The Surgeon General of Beverly Hills inspects Taslima and is excited to find out that Taslima has natural breasts. He then inspects Snake and decides he wants to take Snake's eye. As he is about to cut out Snake's eye, Snake spits a dart into the Surgeon General of Beverly Hill's forehead. As he is falling, the Surgeon General's medical instrument cuts the ropes holding Snake and Snake is able to escape with Taslima.
