Background
Saigon Shadow is a member of the Saigon Shadows in L.A.
During the events of Escape from L.A. (1996) played by Jeff Imada
When Snake Plissken and Hershe are trying to figure out a way to successfully attack Cuervo Jones and the Mescalitos, Saigon Shadow suggests they attack them from the sky.
