Background
The Pan American Confederacy is based out of Alaska. It fought a war against the EURAC and lost.
During the events of 2019: After the Fall of New York (1983)
A group of Pan American Confederacy troops ambush Parsifal and bring him to their base in Alaska. The President of the Pan American Confederacy tells Parsifal they have a plan to find the last remaining fertile woman on Earth and to take her and a crew to Alpha Centauri on a rocket. After Parsifal brings Melissa to Alaska the Pan American Confederacy bombs New York City.
