Waitress is a waitress in London, England.

During the events of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009) played by Elarica Johnson

Harry Potter is reading the Daily Prophet when Waitress walks up and sees the paper and asks him who Harry Potter is. Harry asks her if she would like to go out with him and she tells him what time her shift ends. At 11, Harry looks across and sees the Waitress leaving work and looking for him, but Albus Dumbledore forces him to come with him.
