Steven
Background
Steven Wilkins is a principle of a local school in Warren Valley, Ohio. Steven is a widower and his son is Billy. He lives at 3707. Steven is also the man in black who preys on women during Halloween and he probably murdered his wife.
During the events of Trick 'r Treat (2007) played by Dylan Baker
Steven catches Charlie taking more than one candy and invites him to stay and eat some candy. Charlie eventually dies from eating the poison candy Steven left and Steven drags him into his house. Macy, Sara and Chip knock on his door and ask for his pumpkin. As Steven is trying to bury a body in his backyard, his son Josh keeps on bothering him about spending time with him. Steven ignores when his neighbor Mr. Kreeg asks him for help and then helps Josh cut Charlie's head into a jack-o-lantern. Later Steven goes to the Halloween parade and murders Allie. Steven then stalks and attacks Laurie, but is overpowered by her. Steven screams in horror as Laurie turns into a werewolf and eats him.
