Background
Sandman is a sandman. He lives in a Domed City.
During the events of Logan's Run (1976) played by Bill Couch
Sandman joins the other Sandmen on the attack at the entrance to Sanctuary. He shoots at Jessica and is in turn shot and killed by Logan.
