Background

Phil and James Earl Powell are criminals in New York. James is on probation for assault.

During the events of Zombie Nightmare (1987) played by Tony Bua and Yvon Grise

Tony Washington is buying groceries from Mr. Peters when two Punks walk into the store. They pull out guns and tell Mr. Peters to give them the money from the register. Tony beats them up and throws them out of the store. Later, one of the Punks is brought into the police station and Churchman tells Frank Sorrell that the Punk is the serial killer.
