Luro is a member of the Hawkmen.
During the events of Flash Gordon (1980) played by John Hallam
Luro goes with Prince Vultan to give tribute to The Emperor Ming. When Dale Arden and Dr. Hans Zarkov are captured, Luro tells Vultan that Brave Blue has caught something. He helps ambush and attack the War Rocket Ajax.
