Isabel is the daughter of Jessica. She has been placed in an orphanage in Paris, France by Richard.
During the events of Kiss of the Dragon (2001) played by Isabelle Duhauvelle
Isabel is being kept hostage by Richard when Liu Jian calls him and tells him that he is coming for Isabel and Richard. After Liu Jian immobilizes Richard with the Kiss of the Dragon, Liu Jian asks Isabel to come with him and shows her Jessica's necklace. He then brings her to the hospital Jessica is staying at.
