Fat Thug is a plainclothes officer working for the French police in Paris, France.

During the events of Kiss of the Dragon (2001) played by Jean-Marc Huber

Liu Jiang walks into the restroom at the hotel and is then told to put his hands up by Fat Thug. Fat Thug then searches him.
