Deputy Tripet is a deputy in North Dakota.
During the events of Leprechaun (1993) played by David Permenter
Deputy Tripet is parked in his patrol car along the highway when the Leprechaun speeds past him in a toy electric car. Deputy Tripet then chases after him in his car and pulls him over. After Deputy Tripet insults him, the Leprechaun scratches him in the face. Deputy Tripet runs into the woods but is eventually killed by the Leprechaun who snaps his neck.
