Background

The Lizard People live on the planet Mongo. They are slaves of The Emperor Ming.


During the events of Flash Gordon (1980)

A Lizard Person is trying to escape from Ming's palace when it is spotted by Ming's Eyebot and incinerated by a laser shot out by the Eyebot. There is a group of Lizard People present for The Emperor Ming's tribute ceremony. There are also a few Lizard People stuck in a cage when Flash Gordon is put inside by Prince Barin.
