Background
Jim Dalon is a ham radio enthusiast. He has as sister named Tina and a brother named Mark.
During the events of Ghosthouse (1988) played by Martin Jay
Jim, Susan, Mark, and Tina are on vacation in an RV when they stop at an abandoned house. They eventually meet Paul and Martha who are investigating the origin of a call for help he heard on his ham radio. When they play the recording for Jim the voices sound like him and Tina. Jim and Paul decide to listen to the same signal overnight and Jim goes with Mark inside the house to listen for the signal. Jim and Mark hear a laughing noise and Jim goes downstairs to investigate it. As Jim investigates the basement he sees a spinning fan blade and then Henriett and Henriett's doll. He repeats the same words he said in the recording and is then killed when a fan blade flies off and slashes him in the throat.
