Eleanor walks out of her office and tells the room full of pirates that she won't help anyone that runs away from the navy. Sanderson calls her a cunt and when Eleanor finds out how much Sanderson's captain brought in, she ignores the insult and calls Sanderson an earner. Gates tells Eleanor about Singleton trying to take over as captain and asks for a loan. Mr. Scott doesn't think Eleanor should give Gates the money, but Eleanor agrees to give him the money. Later, Joshua tells Gates that Mosiah was murdered and he, Gates, Eleanor and Mr. Scott go to where Joshua found Mosiah's body and he tells them that Mosiah's last word was Vane. Eleanor confronts Vane and punches him in the face and he punches her back. She threatens that if Captain Flint doesn't win the vote then she will stop selling his cargo. He reminds her that Richard is the one who sells his cargo and warns her never to challenge him in front of his crew again. Later Max comforts Eleanor.

Eleanor gets up and looks outside at the beach. Max wakes up and Eleanor tells her how when Richard ran things, the place was in chaos and filthy. She tells Max that a man-o'-war was spotted and she worries that the Royal Navy will come back to reclaim Nassau. Mr. Scott knocks on the door and asks to see Eleanor. Mrs. Mapleton is attending to a prostitute that was beaten up the night before when Eleanor asks what happened and Mrs. Mapleton tells her a member of the Ranger crew did it. Mr. Scott tells Eleanor that a crew is waiting for her with 50 barrels of tobacco and a fluyt's worth of silk. He then warns her that she shouldn't provoke Vane.

As he is looking to sell his loot, Captain Bridge insults Eleanor and Mr. Scott and then scoffs at the amount she is willing to pay for his loot. After Bridge threatens to take his loot elsewhere, Vane walks up and challenges him and Bridge backs down after he hears who Vane is. Vane asks to speak with Eleanor and asks her to provide him with the same information she used to. She calls his men undisciplined and unruly and refuses to change things. Flint walks into Eleanor's place and asks to speak to Eleanor. Flint tells Eleanor that Richard is a fugitive and he has him on The Walrus. Flint tells her and Mr. Scott about the L'Urca de Lime. Flint explains his plan to Eleanor to increase the security of the island and for the pirates to become farmers. He continues that he is looking for peace and the door opens and Gates tells Flint they found the schedule. Eleanor goes to see Max and Noonan tells her that Max won't tell him what happened. Max starts to tell Eleanor about her plan when Eleanor tells her to giver her the schedule. Max tells her that Vane will kill her if she doesn't deliver the page. Gates knocks on the door and Max realizes Eleanor betrayed her. Flint, Gates and Billy Bones enter the room and Max tells them where the schedule will be delivered.

John Silver writes out the contents of the page he burned and memorized in front of Eleanor and Billy. Mr. Scott walks into the room and tells Eleanor that Max escaped from the bordello. Silver finishes writing and hands the paper to Gates. Flint reads it and notices Silver left some details out. Silver admits that he left some parts out as he figured they would kill him and offers to join their crew for a piece of the prize. Flint asks him why he doesn't think they will kill him when they get the L'Urca de Lime and Silver tells him that he assumes they will be friends by then.

Flint tells Eleanor that he will need another ship and lists off a series of other things including a dozen 12-pound cannons. Mr. Scott asks Eleanor where she plans on getting the cannons from and she tells him that she will take them from Captain Bryson. He also tells her that if ships stop coming due to Richard's arrest then they will run out of supplies. Eleanor goes to visit Richard and asks for his help to find a business partner. He refuses to talk to her and she tells him that the alternative is him running back to Boston to ask his father and brothers for help.

Eleanor, Rackham, Vane, Flint and Gates have a meeting and Flint immediately brings up that Vane killed Mosiah. After some haggling each party comes to an agreement on terms. Eleanor goes to Vane and they have sex. Eleanor hears Max screaming and runs out of Vane's tent and sees Hamund raping Max. Eleanor declares that Vane's crew from now on will be cut off from the island and its resources unless they elect a new captain and join Flint. Eleanor tries to comfort Max, but Max tells her that Eleanor is the cause of everything by not leaving with her. Max then walks to Vane and says she will stay until her debt is paid.

Mr. Scott tells Eleanor that Bryson has arrived and she asks why Mr. Scott was talking to Captain Benjamin Hornigold and figures out that Hornigold was complaining about her. She tells him that she doesn't care what the captains think and he warns her not to try and detain Bryson if he disagrees with her plan. Bryson goes on shore and meets Eleanor. She tells him that a captain plans on attacking the Urca and Bryson is surprised Richard hasn't struck down the idea.

During the meeting between Richard, Eleanor, Mr. Scott and Bryson, Richard tells Bryson that he wants him to give his cannons to Flint. Bryson thinks something is amiss and asks to speak to Richard alone. When Eleanor and Mr. Scott leave the room, she indicates to Mr. Scott that O'Malley and a few other men are ready to take Bryson hostage if she gives the order. Bryson walks out of the room and tells Eleanor she will have her cannons and then calls Hayes to leave. Logan brings Eleanor to Flint and she tells him about the successful meeting with Bryson. That night, Eleanor and Flint see the Andromache fleeing and Flint decides to go after the ship.

Eleanor tells O'Malley that no one has seen Mr. Scott and she thinks he might have left with Bryson. She goes into her office and finds Silver handcuffed to Randall. O'Malley tells Eleanor that something is going on outside. She goes outside and hears as Richard tells the crowd that he is a fugitive and Bryson took all the goods except the few in the warehouse and that Eleanor is in charge of giving to those who are owed credit. Eleanor confronts Richard about sending Bryson away and he blames her for falling for Flint's fantasy. Captain Lilywhite riles up a crowd of people and accuses the Guthrie's of stealing their money. One of the pirates sees Eleanor and charges at her, but is stopped by Hornigold. Hornigold suggests to Eleanor that she makes some announcement that debts will be paid. She refuses and tells O'Malley to bring Captain Naft and his quartermaster Mr. Walker, Captain Lawrence, Mr. Harrison, and Frasier to her.

Lilywhite continues to rile up the crowd outside Eleanor's. Silver warns Eleanor that she isn't giving enough concern to the mob. Eleanor has her meeting with Hornigold, Naft, Walker, Lawrence, Harrison and Frasier. Before the meeting Hamund harasses Eleanor about Max. During Eleanor's meeting, she tells those assembled that despite what Richard said, she is going to continue the trading company. She tells Naft and Lawrence that they lead the two least profitable pirate ships. She suggests they form a consortium and use their ships for trade versus piracy. She asks Hornigold to bless the idea, and he agrees as long as she lifts the ban on Vane. Eleanor refuses and Hornigold tells her that she has until noon to change her mind or he will stop having his men defend her tavern. Eleanor explains to Silver that if she rescinds the ban on Vane, then she will be saying that what Vane's men did to Max was acceptable.

Anne Bonny goes to see Eleanor and asks her to kill Hamund, and Eleanor comes up with a plan to kill Hamund and the others on his side. Eleanor walks to John and threatens him if he doesn't help her and Anne. Later, Silver tells Eleanor that he doesn't know if he should be more afraid of her or Flint. The Ranger crew are ambushed by Eleanor's men and O'Malley tells her when the dead is done.

Eleanor has a meeting with Hornigold, Frasier, Naft, and Lawrence concerning the Guthrie Frasier Naft Lawrence Consortium for the Purpose of Shipping and Trade in the West Indies, Excelsior. Naft tells Reginald to add to the agenda to come up with a shorter name. Lawrence tells the others that some of his sailors quit his ship. O'Malley calls to Eleanor and tells her that Mr. Scott refuses to leave. Mr. Scott tells Eleanor that he betrayed her out of love.

Eleanor tells Mr. Scott that the able bodied slaves will be given to Lawrence to replace his crew members who quit, while she was able to get enough money to purchase the women who she will then employ. He tells her that he has joined Hornigold's crew and Eleanor tells him to leave. Eleanor finds Flint drunk and tells him it unwise to get drunk so close to their mission. Eleanor tells Flint she believes in him and he kisses her forehead.
