At Professor Horace Slughorn's Christmas party, Neville Longbottom, Marcus Belby and another Waiter serve drinks. The Waiter asks Hermione Granger if she wants some Dragon Tartar and she takes the entire plate. Draco is caught near the party and brought before Slughorn who is with Eldred Worple and Snape drags him outside and Harry overhears Snape offering to help Draco complete Voldemort's task.
