Vampire Kid was a special needs kid living in Warren Valley, Ohio.
During the events of Trick 'r Treat (2007) played by Richard Harmon
Thirty years ago during the Halloween season the parents of Vampire Kid and other parents of special needs kids in Warren Valley pay Mr. Kreeg to kill their kids and make it appear like an accident. Mr. Kreeg drives the school bus to the local rock quarry and as he is handing out candy to the chained up kids, Vampire Kid breaks free and grabs the steering wheel of the bus. In his attempt to try and drive home, Vampire Kid drives the bus into the quarry killing all the kids on board. Thirty years later, Vampire Kid and the other deceased children come back to kill Mr. Kreeg in revenge.
