Background
Harry is a cook at the Elmridge Home for the Blind in England.
During the events of Tales from the Crypt (1972) played by Harry Locke
Harry hands Carter his meal and Rogers walks into the dining hall and introduces himself to the residents and then leaves. Later, when Greenwood goes to get seconds, Harry tells him there are no more seconds allowed due to rationing.
