Background
Dr. Needleman had been involved in the surgical removal of Belial from Duane Bradley. He currently has his own practice in a rundown building in New York City.
During the events of Basket Case played by Lloyd Pace
Dr. Needleman is visited by Duane who shows him the scar from Belial’s removal. Dr. Needleman calls Dr. J. Kutter later to tell her about his encounter with Duane and that Duane told him Dr. Julius Lifflander was dead. Dr. Needleman is killed by Belial when Belial rips open his stomach and is ultimately ripped in half.
