The Hotel Tenants at the Hotel Broslin were an eclectic group of individuals.
During the events of Basket Case played by Constantine Scopas, Charles Stanley, Sydney Best, Johnny Ray Williams, Yousef Abuhamdeh, Lubi Kirsch, Catherine Russell, and Mitchell Huval
As Duane Bradley is first entering the Hotel Broslin he overhears one of the tenants telling the manager of about one time when he saw a man get run over by a taxi. The Hotel Tenants also gathered around to snoop when Belial was destroying Duane's room, when O'Donovan was killed and when Casey was grabbed by Belial during the night.
