Capo is an enforcer for Vincent Rafelli.
During the events of Black Dynamite played by Al Vicente
Capo is at Vincent's house when he tells him Dino wants more men to help kill Black Dynamite. Vincent tells Capo to bring Dino to him. Capo watches as Vincent stabs Dino to death for failing to kill Black Dynamite.
