Background
The Needle People live in the underground tunnel systems of post apocalyptic New York City. They hunt rats with long skinny spears.
During the events of 2019 After the Fall of New York
The Needle People are walking through the tunnels spearing rats to eat when they come across Shorty. They think he is a child and chase after him. They are about to kill him when Parsifal intervenes. Parsifal is forced to fight the Rat Eater King and is about to win when Jack stabs Parsifal in the arm and Parsifal, Ratchet and Bronx are forced to surrender. The EURAC attack the Needle People camp and the surviving Needle People are sent back to the EURAC headquarters for genetic testing.
