Background

Patchwork Girl is a resident of the Emerald City. She was brought to life by the Powder of Life.

During the events of Return to OZ (1985)

After the Nome King and Mombi are defeated and Dorothy restores the Emerald City, Patchwork Girl joins everyone else in celebration.
