Background

Uncle Henry lives near Black River Falls in Kansas. His wife is Aunt Em and his niece is Dorothy. Uncle Henry broke his leg during the tornado six months ago.

During the events of Return to OZ (1985) played by Matt Clark

Uncle Henry watches as Aunt Em checks up on Dorothy at one in the morning and still finds her awake. He reads a newspaper clipping with an advertisement by Dr. Worley and tells Aunt Em, he doesn't think they should spend the money to send Dorothy to get help for her insomnia. They then argue about the cost of the procedure. The next day, he sits in rocking chair and says goodbye to Dorothy and Aunt Em and reminds them to come home before dark. After the storm, Uncle Henry runs to Dorothy and Toto and welcomes her back.
