Detective Strand is a police detective in Los Angeles, California. He has been a police officer for over twenty years.
During the events of Countdown: Armageddon (2009) played by Dean Kreyling
Allison goes to the police station to report her daughter Mary missing. She tells him that she thinks Mark Thompson took her and Detective Strand tells her they will do their best to find Mary. He then tells her that he has a feeling that something big is going on.
