During the events of Humanoids from the Deep (1980) played by Ann Turkel
At the 75th Annual Noyo Salmon Festival, James, Charles Borden and Susan Drake are introduced to the locals by The Mayor. The next day, hhe, Charles and Susan are taken out fishing by Jim Hill and Tommy Hill. Susan, Jim and Johnny Eagle bring back a Humanoid body to the lab at Canco and James warns Susan that whatever she finds she should report to Charles first.
