Harrison is a mall Santa for Chamberlain's mall in Phoenix, Arizona. He has been a mall Santa for five years. Harrison can play the guitar and sings Burl Ives songs.

During the events of Bad Santa (2003) played by Grace Calderon

Harrison angrily takes the mall escalator down as Bob Chipeska explains to him why he was fired and replaced with Willie and Marcus. Harrison calls Willie and Marcus hacks and Chipeska introduces himself to them.
