Joseph Riverwind runs the Department of Native American Studies at NEU.
During the events of It Waits played by Eric Schweig
When Danny follows the trail of green blood to the cave of the Creature she meets Joseph Riverwind. Joseph introduces himself and explains the origin of the creature. He gives Danny a satchel full of information and tells her he will meet her at her tower later. Joseph is killed by the Creature who displays his corpse like a scarecrow in the middle of the road.
