Lisa Morgan is a special agent with the DEA. She was born on June 6, 1978, Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. Lisa's parents were Carol and Peter Morgan and she had a twin sister named Amy. Her and Amy were separated when their parents died in a car accident in 1984 and her sister died recently.
