Ozzie tells Alex that he saw a UFO and is criticized by Alex for lying. While painting J.D.'s house a jar of paint falls on him and he goes inside the house to wash off. He hears a noise in the basement and lets the Leprechaun out of its crate. He then runs outside and tells Nathan, Tory and Alex, that a Leprechaun attacked him, which none of them believe him. He sees a rainbow and follows it and finds a bag of gold coins with Alex. Nathan drives J.D., Tory, Alex and Ozzie into town in his truck when J.D. is bitten in the hand by what he thinks was a cat and Ozzie and Alex take a coin to Shop Owner to see how much it is worth. When they return home the house is a mess and after cleaning it up, Nathan is attacked by the Leprechaun. Ozzie calls the sheriff's department and tells the Dispatcher that a Leprechaun is attacking the O'Grady farm. The Leprechaun chases Ozzie, Nathan, Tory, and Alex throughout the house until Tory gives him back his bag of gold. The Leprechaun continues to terrorize them and Tory goes into town to talk to O'Grady. When Tory returns from town she is saved from the Leprechaun by Nathan who shoots it and he and Ozzie help her find a four leaf clover. Ozzie tells the Leprechaun that the last coin is in his stomach and is chased and attacked by the Leprechaun but is saved by Alex, who shoots the four leaf clover into the Leprechaun's mouth with gum and a slingshot.
