During the events of Black Sails: Season 3 Episode 9 XXVII. played by Roger Thomas
The Royal Lion continues to chase The Walrus. Hornigold wonders aloud to Hornigold's Boatswain why Captain Flint isn't slowing The Walrus down. The Walrus turns to face the Royal Lion. Hornigold tells Hornigold's Boatswain to turn around so they can come at a different angle, and then notices the large number of Maroons along the beach.

Captain Chamberlain orders his ships to fire upon Blackbeard's ships. Hornigold's Boatswain has his men continue to fire upon Blackbeard's ship, but is then boarded by Anne Bonny and other pirates who kill him and his crew.
