Background
The Thug is a French Citizen.
During the events of 100 Degrees Below Zero (2013) played by Csaba Gerner
The Thug and his friend Second Thug were hiding in the tunnels leading to the Eiffel Tower. When the Foster siblings and Angelique entered the tunnels the Thug demanded they hand over their bicycles and fur coats. It is implied the Thug would have died due to the extreme weather.
