Background

Ed Meadows is a resident of Hillsboro, New Mexico. His wife is Mildred Meadows and his children are Billie Joe and Stuart and his sister-in-law is Edith.

During the events of The Brotherhood of Satan (1971)

Stuart and Billie Joe are playing outside when they are brought back inside by Ed. He accuses Mildred of letting them go outside and tells them all not to go outside again. Ed tells Mildred that her sister and family were found dead. During the night, Billie Joe gets up and drops her doll on the ground and her doll comes to life. It walks up to Mildred and kills her and then Ed.
