Runner is a resident of Los Angeles, California.
During the events of Deadly Prey (1987) played by Jack Marino
A group of Soldiers led by Thorton are chasing after Runner. One of the Soldiers throws a grenade and wounds the Runner and then catches up with the Runner. The Runner grabs a rock and hits the Soldier in the face with it and then runs away. Thorton and the other Soldiers track down the Runner and then Thorton shoots him to death.
