Background

Julie Gilchrist is a Santa Claus display elf for Chamberlain's mall in Phoenix, Arizona.

During the events of Bad Santa (2003) played by Christine Pichardo

Marcus tries to get the kids excited and asks Photo Elf if she has seen Willie. Photo Elf tells him, Willie is in the back drunk.
