Mr. Wheeler is a worker at the cotton gin in northern Louisiana.
During the events of The Evictors (1979) played by Harry Thomasson
Mr. Wheeler tells Ben Watkins, Mr. Buckner wanted him to invite Ben to the annual employee picnic. At the employee picnic, Mr. Wheeler introduces Ben and Ruth Watkins to Mr. Buckner. Later, Ben tells Mr. Wheeler that no one is answering at his house or at Olie Gibson's house and he is going to leave. Mr. Wheeler offers to go with him, but Ben tells him no.
