Charlie "Bulls Eye" Dolan is a war correspondent attached to 3rd Infantry Division in the United States Army. He was given a Zipo lighter from General Patton. Charlie is from Illinois. His nickname is Bulls Eye Dolan from his ability to only need one shot to hit targets back home.
