Peter Donovan is an Irish gangster and associate of Roco Ray.
During the events of Alien Rising (2013) played by James MacPherson
In Miami 2015, Roco Ray and Peter Donovan arrive with a suitcase full of money and a bomb. Rocco Ray trades the money and bio weapon for drugs with Dustin. Lisa Morgan and Manning approach the dealers and Lisa orders them to freeze, but finds Manning already held at gunpoint. Lisa suddenly has flashbacks, including to when she was young playing with her sister. Manning pulls out a hidden gun and then shoots the dynamite, causing a large explosion killing Peter Donovan.
