Narcissa "Cissy" Malfoy nee Black is a witch. Her husband is Lucius Malfoy, her son is Draco Malfoy, her sister is Bellatrix Lestrange and her cousin is Sirius Black.
During the events of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009) played by Helen McCrory
Bellatrix, Narcissa, Peter Pettigrew, and Professor Snape have a meeting and Snape offers to help Narcissa. Snape then creates an Unbreakable vow with Narcissa to help Draco when he fulfills Voldemort's wishes. Later, Draco and Narcissa go into Borgin and Burke to look at a Vanishing Cabinet.
