Background

Pilots are pilots from the Black Knights Squadron and AWACS pilots for the United States Air Force.

During the events of Independence Day (1996) played by Mark Fite and Eric Neal Newman

Radar Techs tell Pilots that side radar is picking up nothing. The Pilots relay this information, but their AWACS explodes when it makes contact with a suddenly appearing large object. Later, Captain Watson briefs his pilots on their planned counter-attack on the alien spaceships. Capt.
