Background

Obscene-Caller 2 is a resident of New York City, New York. He was once arrested by the police for making an obscene phone call.

During the events of The Telephone Book (1971) played by David Dozer

Obscene-Caller 2 relates how he makes obscene calls, because he is a creep and knew he was a creep since he was in high school. He first started by calling someone, because he didn't like their last name, and cursing at them. He then progressed to making obscene phone calls, but stopped when he was arrested and beat up by the police.
