Hammer is hired by [[Samuel Fisher]] to find and bring [[Ann]] back to Manhattan.  He enters the [[Riders]]' territory disguised as a mailman and kills [[Speedy]] and [[Sandy]] before dropping a ring belonging to [[The Ogre]] and escaping.  He calls Fisher who yells at him for not getting the job done faster.  He meets up with [[Hot Dog (1990 The Bronx Warriors)|Hot Dog]] and tells him about Ann and that he wants to have a meeting with [[Ice]].  Hot Dog flashes the lights of his semi on and off and when Ice comes to investigate, Hammer points a gun at him and introduces himself.  Ice agrees to help them get Ann, and then gives Hammer one of [[Trash]]'s weapons.  Hammer follows Trash as he sneaks into the [[Tigers]] territory and then uses Trash's weapon to kill one of the Tiger guards.  He then points a gun at Trash and tells him he is only doing the job, because he enjoys killing before leaving.  He speaks with Fisher, who threatens him if he doesn't return Ann by the morning.  Hammer and the [[Special Vigilantes Bronx]] then attack The Ogre's hideout.  Hammer directs the attack and screams about being the Hammer of God. Trash takes a grappling hook and shoots it into Hammer's chest.  He then connects the rope to his motorcycle and drags Hammer around outside of The Ogre's hideout.

Background

Ben Watkins talks to Sheriff who tells him they will be able to visit their house twice during the day and twice during the night.
