Background
Policeman is a police officer in Belgium.
During the events of In Bruges (2008) played by Jean-Marc Favorin
The train from Bruges, Belgium stops and Policeman walks up to Ray and asks him if he hit the Canadian Guy and Canadian Girl. Ray makes fun of the Policeman's accent and Policeman arrests Ray for punching the Canadian Man and Canadian Woman.
