Background
Secretary of State is a cabinet member of the United States of America.
During the events of Escape from New York (1981) played by Charles Cyphers
When the President's plane crashes, the Secretary of State is informed. His major concern is getting both the President back alive and the cassette tape. The Secretary of State prefers the option of taking a force to invade Manhattan, but acquiesces to Hauk who wants to send in Snake Plissken.
