Background
Billy is a resident of Noyo, California. He is in a relationship with Becky. Billy has a wooden dummy he named Chuck.
During the events of Humanoids from the Deep (1980) played by David Strassman
Billy and Becky are camping on the beach with his wooden dummy when they are attacked by Humanoids and Billy is killed.
