Background
Silversmith is a doctor in England.
During the events of Torture Garden (1967) played by Niall MacGinnis
After Uncle Roger dies, Roger's body is removed from the house and Dr. Silversmith talks with Colin Williams to get the paperwork in order. Colin murders Nurse Parker and a Tramp and brought to prison and he tells Dr. Silversmith that Balthazar made him do it. Colin begs Dr. Silversmith not to leave him as Balthazar will be hungry.
