Background
Guard 2 is a guard at a mental hospital in New York City.
During the events of In the Mouth of Madness (1994) played by Gene Mack
John Trent is dragged into the building by Guard 1 and Guard 2 and Saperstein tells them to put John in Room 9. John is put into the room after hitting Guard 1 in the genitals and yells that he isn't insane.
