Background
Steve is a claims adjuster for the New York City Bus system in New York City.
During the events of The Twilight Zone: Season 1 Episode 6 Escape Clause played by Joe Flynn
As Jack is leaving Walter Bedeker's apartment, Steve walks into the apartment and offers Walter a check for $1,500 for a bus accident.
