[[Maniac]] tells Blair that [[Paladin]] wants him on the bridge. Paladin tells Blair that he has a message from [[Tolwyn]]. Tolwyn tells Blair that he needs him to deliver a coded message chip to [[Sansky]]. Blair tells Paladin, Maniac has taken over flying and Paladin asks Blair if he can see Blair's Pilgrim cross. Paladin tells Blair people used to look up to the Pilgrims and since the Pilgrims were defeated in the war, no new quasar has been charted. An alert goes off and Paladin and Blair run back to the bridge. Maniac tells Paladin he increased the speed and Paladin tells him the beacon is marking a gravity well and while Paladin goes to fix the Navcom system, Blair is forced to fly the ship and plot the jump through the gravity well. Blair and the others then land on the T.C.S. Tiger Claw which is on patrol in the Enyo System, Vega Sector. [[Gerald (Wing Commander)|Gerald]] takes Blair to see Sansky and Blair gives Sansky the coded disc with the message and tells him the Pegasus has been destroyed. As Blair is leaving, Gerald asks if it is true that his father married a Pilgrim and that Pilgrims don't think like them. Blair stops at a Rapier ship and sits inside of it and imagines himself flying it. [[Deveraux]] walks up and starts asking him what he would do in different combat scenarios and when Blair gets both answers wrong, he gives a backhand comment about taking tips from a mechanic and Deveraux reveals herself to be his Wing Commander. Blair and Maniac walk into the mess hall and introduce themselves to the other pilots including [[Hunter]], [[Forbes]], [[Polanski]] and [[Knight]]. Blair mentions how he sat in Commander Chen's Rapier and a fight almost breaks out between him and Hunter. Deveraux walks in and tells them to stop fighting. She explains to Blair that once someone dies, everyone acts like they never existed to avoid facing the reality that they too will probably die in combat. He goes to speak with Paladin, and Paladin tells him the history of the Pilgrims and that the Navcom A.I. were based off of the abilities of the Pilgrims to navigate space. He then tells him the Pilgrim War started when they believed they were gods and lost their humanity. Deveraux and Blair scout an asteroid field and find a communication module and are forced to fight a pair of Kilrathi fighters when they scan Deveraux's ship. At the Tiger Claw, Gerald accuses Blair of being a traitor and compromising the ship by attacking the Kilrathi and warning them of their presence. Blair walks into Deveraux's room and tells her he isn't a Pilgrim and he keeps the cross as a reminder of his dead parents. She then tells him that her parents died when she was young. Deveraux briefs her pilots and when she tells Hunter that Blair will be his wingman, Hunter tells her he doesn't want a Pilgrim as his wingman and she assigns Blair as her wingman. While about to attack the communication module, Paladin tells Deveraux to abort the mission and reveals himself to be an officer in naval intelligence, and the Kilrathi ships are nothing but discards. Deveraux and her fighters arrive and engage the Kilarthi. During a bombardment of the Tiger Claw by a Kilrathi ship, [[Peterson (Wing Commander)|Peterson]] tells those in the bay that the doors are failing. Blair tries to help bring a large piece of metal to plug the door, but falls and is pulled toward the hole. Maniac ties a cable around himself and then grabs and pulls Blair to safety. Maniac is injured from the cable and Blair tells Deveraux that she needs to forgive Maniac for the death of Forbes. As their fuel supplies start to run low, Paladin comes up with an idea to steal fuel cells from the Kilrathi ship. Blair, Deveraux, Paladin, Gerald and a group of marines land on the Kilrathi communication ship and fight their way to the fuel cells and helm. Blair then finds the Pegasus Navcom. Paladin suggests Blair go to deliver the coordinates with Deveraux as his backup. Blair is hesitant to go and Paladin reveals he is a Pilgrim. Blair and Deveraux then leave to deliver the coordinates.
Lisa Morgan asks if the viewer has ever wondered if they were alone in the universe. She talks of a spacecraft that was seen orbiting Neptune in 2002. A top secret mission named AP4 was then launched to intercept the spacecraft.  Miami 2015, Lisa is on a case with [[Manning]]. [[Roco Ray]] and [[Peter Donovan]] arrive with a suitcase full of money and a bomb. Rocco Ray trades the money and bio weapon for drugs with [[Dustin]]. Lisa and Manning approach the dealers and Lisa orders them to freeze, but finds Manning already held at gunpoint. Lisa suddenly has flashbacks, including to when she was young playing with her sister. Manning pulls out a hidden gun and then shoots the dynamite, causing a large explosion as Lisa jumps away. One year later, Lisa is the owner of the Ballet Academy. [[Murray]] arrives to pick up his daughter and tells Lisa not to bullshit his daughter and tell her she is good or could ever become a ballerina. Lisa then turns the music up and kicks the mirror, and Murray leaves with his daughter after calling her crazy. [[Plummer]] walks in followed by [[Burch]]. Plummer tells Lisa she needs to come with them as a matter of national security. Lisa refuses and Burch tasers her in the back of the neck. Lisa is flown to a military research facility on an island. They stop at a base and Plummer punches Lisa. A group of Marines then attack her. [[Hutch]] is next in line to fight Lisa and is egged on by [[Black Ball Soldier 2]] and [[Ty Phillip]]. [[Colonel Stephen Cencula]], Burch and [[Dr. Bainbridge]] come over to watch. Lisa puts in some headphones and listens to music and then beats Hutch and the others up including [[Black Ball Soldier 4]] and Plummer. Colonel Cencula tells her she passed the test and welcomes her to the Gemini Project.  He talks to her about twins and then reads Lisa, her family history. Cencula then tells Lisa, her sister didn't die in prison, but was also a part of the Gemini Project until she died in an accident. Plummer and Bainbridge take Lisa to the underground facility. As they leave the elevator, they pass [[Dr. Templeton]].  As Lisa is sneaking around she sees Dr. Bainbridge staring at a [[Comatose Woman]], groping her. As she is leaving, she runs into a [[Comatose Man]] on a gurney. Someone grabs her and after a quick fight, he reveals himself to be Manning. They go back to her room and he tells her how he woke up at the research facility being worked on by medical people. Before leaving, Manning gives Lisa some pills to take to avoid nightmares. In the morning, Colonel Cencula and Dr. Bainbridge brief Lisa on the project. He shows her a video of the [[Large Alien]] he calls Spike attacking and killing a researcher and notes how one alien felt the pain of another hundreds of miles apart from each other. A security alert goes off and Dr. Templeton tells Colonel Cencula that the [[Small Alien]] almost regained consciousness. Lisa then goes up to the containment glass and stares at the Small Alien. She puts her finger to the glass, and the Small Alien mimics her with its own finger. They both then draw points on the glass for the Southern Cross constellation. Afterwards, Lisa collapses and Plummer takes her to her quarters. Plummer tells her that Manning thinks the Small Alien created the Large Alien and uses the Large Alien to explore worlds while it sees through the Large Alien. Manning walks into the room and reminds Lisa about the time they had sex in Puerto Rico, but Lisa tells him it was a mistake. The next morning Lisa undergoes a series of tests and Dr. Templeton tests her blood. As time passes Lisa realizes the blue liquid heightens her psychic powers if she is near it. Lisa visits her sister's grave on the island and Plummer hugs her and they then have sex.  Lisa wakes up and notices she is bleeding from her nose and she has a headache. She goes into the lab and tells the Small Alien to get out of her head and leave her alone. Cencula, Manning and Dr. Bainbridge enter the lab and Cencula demands the Small Alien follow his orders. Cencula has a researcher patch him in to the Large Alien and video conferences with various people. Manning commands Dr. Templeton to move around and enter the enclosure of the Large Alien which quickly rips apart Dr. Templeton. Cencula holds a bidding for the blue substance and Mr. Bok wins the bid after beating [[Yemen Leader]]. Cencula and the men then celebrate the money they will soon have and the others leave while Cencula stays behind. He tells Lisa to come out of hiding and she calls him a traitor. Cencula tells her that Dr. Templeton killed Lisa's sister by giving her an overdose and he plans on killing the Large Alien so no one can have it.  In her room, Lisa pulls a thumb drive out and looks at it. Manning goes into Lisa's room with a gun and she knocks him unconscious. She hops into the back of a vehicle being driven by [[U.S. Marine Soldier]] and then jumps out when it stops. [[U.S. Marine Soldier 2]] is guarding an area while [[SPC Keanu Reeves]] is peeing and [[Grease Pan Annie]] is working on a Humvee when Lisa arrives and she knocks all of them unconscious. Lisa continues to flee as a [[Helicopter Gunner]] shoots at her. She sleeps in the jungle and wakes up to a voice calling her name. The same voice warns her about a landmine field. She collects a few landmines and puts them in her backpack. Plummer runs to Lisa and asks her to come back with him and she soon realizes he is being controlled by Manning. Plummer fights to regain control of himself and grabs Lisa's rifle and shoots himself in the neck. The Large Alien runs towards Lisa and then protects her from a rock fall. Lisa and the Large Alien get out of the rock fall and she understands that the Small Alien wants her to set it free. Lisa plays her music over the PA system. The Large Alien falls down from gunfire, but Lisa throws her backpack full of landmines near the [[Blackball Squad Leader]] and his troops and shoots it, causing the landmines to explode and knocking the Blackball Squad Leader and his troops to the ground. She then throws a grenade at them killing most of them, before the Blackball Squad Leader is killed by the Large Alien. Lisa makes it to the lab and points her pistol at Cencula who points his at her. Cencula tells her to give him the codes and refuses to free the Small Alien due to the fear that politicians will use it to control the populace. Lisa shoots the gas used against the Small Alien and the Large Alien breaks into the lab and kills Cencula. The Small Alien tells Lisa to run and she leaves the base as it self destructs. [[General Tabor]] arrives and Lisa tells him everyone is dead and the Small Alien and Large Alien are gone. They take off in the helicopter and the Alien spaceship then takes off and Lisa feels a permanent connection with the Aliens.  
A skipper missile is launched against the Tiger Claw and Deveraux goes back to shoot it. She manages to destroy the missile, but her ship is damaged in the process. She then orders Blair to complete the mission. Blair has [[Voice of Merlin|Merlin]] check his coordinates and then makes the jump into hyperspace. He makes it through the jump point and radios the Kilrathi jump coordinates. Merlin tells Blair that a beacon has been detected and Blair recognizes it as a gravity well. He then leads the Kilrathi Snakier ship towards the gravity well. Blair is rescued by [[Concordia Rescue and Recovery]]. He reports to Tolwyn who shakes his hand and tells him his parents would have been proud. Blair returns to the Tiger Claw and watches as Paladin brings Deveraux onto the launch pad. She wakes up and she and Blair kiss.

Lisa Morgan

Background

Lisa Morgan is a special agent with the DEA. She was born on June 6, 1978, Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. Lisa's parents were Carol and Peter Morgan and she had a twin sister named Amy. Her and Amy were separated when their parents died in a car accident in 1984 and her sister died recently. Lisa was a state champion on the High School Karate team.
