Background
Ferguson is a lieutenant in the Brewster, Massachusetts Police Department.
During the events of Ghosthouse (1988) played by William J. Devany
Lieu Tenent arrives at Henriett's house after Jim is reported dead. He tells Paul that 20 years earlier there was a horrible series of murders at the house and Valkos probably thought that Jim was a burglar and that is why he killed him. Later he has a conversation with Coroner who tells him that he doesn't think Valkos killed Jim. After Mark and Tina are also killed at the house, Lieu Tenent is forced to return to the house once more.
